How do I become a wholesale customer?
- Submit the wholesale application with your business details.
- Local Coffee reviews the account before wholesale access is unlocked.
- Once approved, your My Account page will include a link to the protected wholesale shop.
- Orders use the normal WooCommerce cart and checkout so everything stays organized in one place.
What does wholesale pricing look like?
We offer a volume-based discount system: the more you order, the more you save. Approved wholesale customers can see their ordering options after logging in.
Can I order 12 oz retail bags for my shelves?
Yes. Approved wholesale customers can choose 12 oz retail bags from the wholesale shop. Retail bags are priced at $13 each for 5-17 bags, and $12 each at 18 or more bags.
Can my business have a custom blend?
Yes. Some wholesale accounts have custom blends assigned to their account, so only that customer sees those blends after logging in.
Do I pay right away when I place a wholesale order?
The wholesale checkout is set up to keep the order inside WooCommerce. Depending on the account/payment setup, the order can be placed first and followed by a payment link or invoice-style payment process.
